• PICC line management including dressing and medication administration
• PEG tube management including care and medication administration
• Female catheter care and education for all catheters SPC and IDC
• Palliative Care at home, end of life care, crisis medication
• Post Op care management 
• Assessment for depression, stress and anxiety
• Support with specialist and medical appointments
• Bowel and Stoma Care management and education
• Mental Health assessment, evaluation and management 
• Complete forms for CAPS payment, dementia supplement, Oxygen Supplement for in Home Care.
